Introduction

Dry biobank, that is, information repository, refers to the repository of human genetic resources information. It is used to store demographic data, clinical diagnosis and treatment data, biomarker data, genetic data, proteomics data, metabolomics data, follow-up data, sample dynamics information, and sample usage feedback information of human genetic resource donors. At the same time, international medical standard terms, international Classification of diseases and clinical medical term standards are used to identify, code and define each item uniformly, so as to support relevant scientific research.

There is a one-to-one correspondence between the dry biobank and wet biobank. For each sample stored in the wet biobank, the complete information about the sample donor and the sample is correspondingly included in the dry biobank.

Up to now, the dry bank has built a total of 7 scientific research platforms including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer and chest cancer, and completed more than 30,000 data collection work.
