The biospecimen types available include: blood, urine and tissue (Table 1).
The Biobank has been established in 2017 with the overall goal to support basic, clinical and translational research projects. At present, samples have been collected from ten departments at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. By December 31, 2018, there are 158066 samples in total.
