1. Data sources and types
Data generally come from the hospitals where the samples are collected, including the clinical information corresponding to the samples in the Wet Biobank, the follow-up information, the dynamic information and the feedback information of the samples. For example, if the entity library is based on tumor samples, our information base contains basic information of tumor patients, condition profile, treatment information, and follow-up information.
2. Collation and analysis of clinical data
According to the management system provided in the donor list and medical record number, as well as other numbering information, researchers search the HIS system, fill the general data sheet and record the donor's medical records.
